As before, we will send you letters with more detailed information approximately 6-8 weeks before each workshop and meeting. These letters will include a conference registration form as well as a tentative agenda. When you register, please clearly indicate which program you want to attend.

— 2-DAY REGIONAL WORKSHOP covering dependent and independent administration procedures of the Probate Code, guardianship law, the responsibilities of the probate clerk, Texas mental health law, citation and notice under the Probate Code, and the Code of Judicial Ethics

— Hotel – Hotel Galvez, http://www.galveston.com/galvez/ (Hotel Galvez sustained minimal damage from Hurricane Ike. The hotel plans to welcome guests back in early November. The Hotel Galvez currently has electricity, water, and elevator service and a full restoration is underway.)

— 3-DAY ANNUAL MEETING covering topics similar to those of the regional meetings, with additional emphasis on statutory and case law updates in the areas of probate administration, guardianship, trust, and mental health law

— Conference Rate – $350.00 per person
